To provide a differentiated classroom that fits the diverse needs of all students. In addition it is important to create a nurturing, consistent and supportive learning environment.

I enjoy spending time with my family.  You will often find me at a baseball field watching my son or husband, playing ball.  I also enjoy reading, watching T.V. and playing board games.

I started my classroom-teaching career in 2003 in the Hopkins School District.

I job shared in a second grade classroom for three years as well as was a LRT (Learning Resource Teacher).  In addition to that I taught an after school ALC (Alternative Learning Center) class.  In 2005 I became a Kindergarten teacher at Earle Brown for three years.  I have since been an LRT/RTI teacher, Kindergarten Specialist and am currently a Research/Writing Specialist.
